Faith Citadel is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information when you engage with the Faith Citadel mobile application, portal website, and SMS notification services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information, such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
• Interaction history with our SMS platform, portals, and giving records.
• If you use My Bible Plan, the topic you provide, generated plan content, reading progress, and your selected plan length and pace.
• Device information and communication logs.

3. How Your Information is Used

We use the information we collect to:

• Send transactional, operational, and administrative text alerts (e.g., event updates, prayer/care requests, and stewardship receipts).
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Create and store private, personalized Bible plans and save your completion progress.
• Maintain the security, health, and functionality of our digital portals.

4. AI-Assisted Bible Plans

My Bible Plan uses Google Gemini to help select Bible references and write devotionals, reflection questions, practical steps, and suggested prayers. The topic you submit and the minimum context needed to create the plan are sent to Google for this purpose. Exact Scripture text is retrieved separately from freely available Bible translations and is not generated from AI memory.

Bible plans are private to the verified member account by default. During a testing release, approved testers may voluntarily submit a thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating and written feedback for a plan day. Bible Plan administrators can review that feedback with the corresponding plan-day content so they can understand its context. Administrators may also request an aggregate Google Gemini analysis of submitted feedback to identify strengths, concerns, and potential improvements. You can delete a plan from your Bible Plan library. Please do not include names, account numbers, detailed diagnoses, or other information that is not needed to shape your plan or feedback.

If you deliberately create a public link for one plan day, anyone who has that unlisted link can read that day's Scripture, devotional, reflection, practice, and prayer. The page does not include your identity, private topic, reading progress, or other plan days. You may turn off the link from the plan reader, after which it no longer provides access.

AI-assisted Bible plans support, but do not replace, Scripture study, personal prayer, church community, pastoral care, emergency services, or qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professionals.

5. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or theft. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel who enforce our privacy policies.

6. Opt-Out Options
